PAttAR is an aged spirit made from potatoes from Álava, aged for over 6 years in American (ExBourbon) and French (ExRioja Alavesa) oak barrels.

Bright and luminous amber yellow color. Aromas of cocoa, vanilla, terroir, and wine notes. Ideal to enjoy neat or on the rocks, especially after meals.

It has a unique character, without chill filtration to preserve its depth and flavor.
