Eukeni Aparduna Sparkling Txakoli

Artisanal Sparkling Txakoli, Freshness and Botanical Aromas

Made using the Ancestral Method, this sparkling wine captures delicate bubbles in the bottle, enriched with infusions of aromatic plants and 20 botanicals such as artemisia, melissa, blackthorn, coriander, among others.

Aged for six months in wooden vats, it presents a complex aroma with notes of stone fruit, a bright yellow color and golden highlights.

On the palate it is fresh and tasty, a perfect harmony for fish, seafood, white meats or to enjoy as an appetizer.

Denomination of Origin: ARABAKO TXAKOLINA/TXAKOLI DE ALAVA.

Grape varieties: Hondarrabi Zuri (80%), Gros Manseng (10%) and Petit Courbu (10%).
