Eukeni Sparkling Txakoli

Handcrafted Sparkling Txakoli, Freshness and Botanical Aromas

Made using the Ancestral Method, this sparkling wine captures delicate bubbles in the bottle, enriched with infusions of aromatic plants and 20 botanicals such as mugwort, lemon balm, sloe, cilantro, among others.

With six months of aging in wooden vats, it presents complex aromas with notes of stone fruits, a brilliant yellow color, and golden reflections.

On the palate, it is fresh and flavorful, a perfect harmony for fish, seafood, white meats, or to enjoy as an appetizer.

Designation of Origin: ARABAKO TXAKOLINA/TXAKOLI DE ALAVA.

Grape Varieties: Hondarrabi Zuri (80%), Gros Manseng (10%), and Petit Courbu (10%).
