Aged artisanal distillate made from Alavese potatoes

PAttAR is an aged distillate made with potatoes from Alavesa, aged for more than 6 years in American (ExBourbon) and French (ExRioja Alavesa) oak barrels.

Bright, luminous amber yellow in color. Aromas of cocoa, vanilla, terroir, and vinous notes. Ideal to enjoy neat or on the rocks, especially after meals.

It has a unique character, without cold filtration to preserve its depth and flavor.
