Rioja Alavesa White Wine José Cordoba, Young

90% Viura and 10% Malvasia.

Its production includes a destemming and pressing process in the winery, followed by controlled fermentation at 14 ºC to preserve its fresh and aromatic notes.

Straw yellow with green iridescence, it presents citrus aromas and hints of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is balanced, full-bodied, fresh, and with a long, persistent finish.

Ideal to enjoy between 9ºC and 10ºC, it pairs perfectly with appetizers, tapas, and fish.

Presented in a 75cl glass bottle.
